Arrested for carrying money from the sale of heroin, Piper Chapman was sentenced and imprisoned to 15 months in the Litchfield Penitentiary detention center.
Taylor Schilling was revealed on television in the Mercy Hospital series. Her performance in Orange is the New Black, as Piper Chapman, earned her three Satellites Awards for best actress in a TV series, three Screen Actors Guild Awards for best cast and two Golden Globes citations for best actress.
